Crisis Management

Social media can be a powerful tool for communicating during a crisis; however, social presence contributes to vulnerability and potential risk of threat.  We are able to assist your brand or organization at evaluating potential social media and/or organizational threats, and aiding in the development of a crisis plan, including social media response and crisis management.  Our trainers and consultants include the pioneering researchers in use of the STREMII model for social media crisis communication.  STREMII is comprised of six stages including social listening, targeting audiences, responding to stakeholders, monitoring ongoing response, interacting with consumers, and implementing changes.  We provide tools and guidance for audit, implementation, and analysis of best crisis communication practices based on potential crisis threats and needs.  Our clients receive a procedure to follow if a crisis transpires that allows them to feel more proactive than reactive and put them in a more favorable position to deliver effective communication.
